Terms & Conditions of Ordering

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

There is no guarantee on product colors unless you order for and pay in advance for a pre-production proof.  All images are provided in actual color to the best of our ability.  Computer monitors do not all display the same color the same way.  Therefore the color you see on your computer screen may vary from the actual color of the product you order.  We generally will identify the Pantone color that closest matches the product color and the Pantone colors that will be used for printing.  

Payment Terms

All payments are due prior to an order being placed on the production schedule.  If you qualify for terms, you will be notified and payment in full will be due at the time of delivery.  Any unpaid balances more than 30 days old will be assessed a 2% ($5.00 min.) finance charge per month.
