Ordering, Shipping & Returns
Our customers place orders for custom imprinted products on this site. Before your order is accepted you must provide us with all the details of your order, including but not limited to: item number, quantity, color, size, imprinting/decorating details, payment and delivery information. We will provide you with an electronic proof of the item you are ordering. You must accept the proof by e-mail and agree to payment terms before we will place your order on the production schedule. Production time starts when your e-proof is received and generally takes two weeks.
Shipping is free on most items. However, due to additional insurance and packing requirements on custom imprinted glassware, shipping charges will apply. Shipping charges also apply to exceptionally heavy and oversized items. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please call us before you order and we will provide an exact price for shipping your order, if a charge is required.
Returns & Exchanges
Practically everything we sell is custom printed to your specifications. Therefore, there are no returns unless the item contains defects from the manufacturer or is not printed as noted on the e-proof which you approved prior to us printing your product.
